Cancellations: If I need to cancel your appointment on short notice (less than 24 hours) or arrive more than 5 minutes late, your next or current session will be free of charge. Conversely, if you cancel with less than 24-hour notice or arrive more than 5 minutes late for an appointment, you'll be asked to send a $36 fee to my Word Brewer Venmo account before scheduling any future events.
